This constant access to distractions can weaken our defences and make us vulnerable to sin, feeding our lusts and desires.

Proverbs 4:23 says, "Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life." This verse reminds us that we must guard our hearts against the subtle and destructive influences that seek to corrupt us. In a world where the enemy is ever-present, using modern technology to lead us astray, we must be vigilant.
